Known by their slow growing rate nature, this tumors can be present for years without causing any symptoms, but when they appear they do in an agressive way:  intense and permanent headaches, numbness, dizziness, hear loss, behavior changes, or facial assymetry. The most common ones are meningiomas or Vestibular Schwannomas.
